Yes, the default settings ("Windows 10 mode", where you just click on the installer and application without further intervention) should work.

I am building a list that will contain all DLLs that will be usable, although there will be many different DLL versions that will be usable. So only one checksum, for one particular variant of the DLL, will be available.

DLLs that are needed from Win10/11 for Second System to work to its full capabilities? I've asked before, and was previously told "DLLs from D3D11 Enhancement Pack (and if the targetted programs are not used, then none). Aside from that and the MSVC 2015-22 runtime", but the list seems to keep growing. I'm guessing the D3D11 Enhancement Pack refers to d3d11_game_20251206.zip
