Sick - Devlog #012

Let us start with the girls poll result. To make things quick Ruby won by a lot no real need for a full breakdown of the poll. With that done let us begin this devlog.

SICK

So as the title say I am sick and not in the good way, this actually the first time I got sick in the last 2 years guess watching 600+ hours of Uni classes in just a week makes you sick so remember to rest when you can. I sincerely hope this doesn't affect the game but I can't make any promises after all when I get sick my brain don't work good and ideas don't flow as much as much as my nose. I will take care and get better if nothing else to make my deadline.

Clothes

"When are clothes going to be reflected on scenes" I have been asked about this before but I don't think I fully explained it before so here we go. First I am sure many of you have played other trainer games in which you could change the clothes and then do a scene and see the characters wearing those clothes, now how many of them where 3d? The most likely answer is none or just a few main reason is that 3d cg are normally just full images rather than layered images no need to fully understand it just know that the body and clothes in 2d are two separate images one over the other and you can just change the clothes by changing one image (For mote info just look into the files of some of your favorite 2d cg games). Now in 3d by adding a new dimension you would have a harder time doing something like that, impossible ? No, but it would be a lot of work. Don't get discouraged I have at least for now 2 possible ways to add clothes to scenes:

One to just add variations of events to scenes (Like instead of talking about her day at beacon if Ruby wears a bikini she tells you about her day at the beach, images change to make sense with the new event.)

Two do the work, as I said it is possible to do scenes with new clothes it would just be a lot of work and would be limited to some clothes (To reduce workload and so scene makes sense)

That will all be polled at some point so be ready for it for now I think I am done writing I will go back to being sick. V0.13 for black tier members drops on the 21st.
