When I took up coloring I did it so much that I injured my thumb to the point I needed steroid shots. Iโve had to delete some mobile games because I was spending way too much money and time. Iโve also injured my shoulder playing PowerWash on the VR. What has helped me was getting on medicine. Iโm NOT saying medicine is needed for everyone. But for me, I think as evidenced above, I needed it. It also helped me to know that it was part of my ADHD versus a personal failure.
