Patreonの「設定」ページを開き、「アプリ連携」からDiscordを接続してください。
接続が完了すると、あなたのメンバーシップページにDiscordの招待リンクが表示されます。
リンクをクリックして参加してください。
⚠️ Discordを連携していない場合、サーバーの招待リンクは表示されません。
連携後も表示されない場合は、Patreonから一度ログアウト→再ログインをお試しください。

How to Join the Discord Server
Go to your Patreon Settings → Apps and connect your Discord account.
After linking, a Discord invite link will appear on your Membership page.
Click the link to join the server.
⚠️ If you haven’t linked Discord, the invite link won’t appear.
If it still doesn’t show after linking, please try logging out and back into Patreon.
