June Updates & New Editions of Steel & Thunder

Happy summer everyone! Or at least it will be in a few weeks, not that the Florida sun gives a fuck. Since last month’s update, I have of course been hard at work writing. By the time you are reading this I will have only two chapters left to go in the writing of Book 2! After that I have about a solid month of editing, and I will also start the planning for Book 3. This series is chugging along. For non-subscribers, I’ll be revealing the full title and cover art for Book 2 next month, as well as making the first two chapters available to read on my website!

In other news, I am happy to tell you that there are a couple of new editions of Steel & Thunder on the way! The first I’ve already talked about, the audiobook. The files have all been uploaded and appropriately tagged, so all we are waiting on now is for the vendors to approve them and get them listed. I am told this can take some time, especially on Audible, but it should be coming your way soon. The other thing I have in the works is a hardcover edition of Steel & Thunder! I don’t have a ton of info on this yet, as it’s still in the planning phases, but I’ll be sure to let you know when it’s available.

This Month on Patreon

Here’s what I’ve been working on for June over on Patreon:

• 6/14: The first chapter of my first Patreon-exclusive, My Three Orc Dads, the (non-canon) story of what happens to David when Khazak leaves him in the care of his three fathers for a few days. No promises that the title won’t change, but for now it’s making me giggle.
• 6/21: A rundown on the history of the elves of Terra, and how the species that once had a seemingly world-spanning empire came to be the reserved diplomats they are today.
• 6/28: The Little Black Book tale of the Night Prowler, and the boy who used to leave his hotel room door unlocked in the hopes of someone creeping in.
