After this new short I will be finishing KILLGAR'S KODE EPISODE 2 in November, for release at the beginning of December, while continuing to work with Yap Chung Shing on the animation for STARBARIANS Episode 4.
December, January and February will all be spent on completing the graphic novel while Yap continues to animate on Episode 4. More than 2/3rds of this Patreon are currently going towards paying for Yap.
It's true that I had hoped the Indiegogo campaign would have popped off and made freaky money to be able to afford to get a full team to finish Starbarians Episode 4 sooner (similar to how Helluva Boss can make great stuff so quickly), but the campaign is still going to be a huge help financially and I am full of gratitude to all that support me on Patreon or by backing the physical graphic novel (STARBARIAN level patrons get the digital version so don't buy it twice!).
We're not at the level of the big indie animation creators yet, who pump out cinematic short after short by affording giant teams, but the irons in the fire (or should that be pencil leads) are beginning to heat up. I can feel it!
Starbarians Episode 4 will come out in 2024 and be glorious - the same for Dr Bees Forever, along with a kickass graphic novel and more stuff too...definitely more stuff!

While I'd love to do action figures for example, the set-up cost of something like that is the price of a luxury car, and you need to sell thousands of units just to break even. There are cheaper options like plushies, mugs, keychains etc that I can explore in the future, but all require set-up costs, production minimums, storage etc, and bloat shipping costs for the buyer. It's a huge world to enter into and I wanted to keep it simple this time. I will dip my toe in these water soon though.

Side note though - I bet people would drop big stacks towards this if there were some more unique rewards available (I mean I certainly would). I know you mentioned it in the Q&A for this one, but definitely have them for the next one!
