Added 2021-09-13 19:11:31 +0000 UTC- Rewritten the Algorithm - Fastmode works again and got reimplemented, it also introduces better quality output in both modes
- fixed a race condition which may have made issues with renaming files before the encoding step happens.
- removed older Models
- replaced TVP_Anime with another version of the model to gain better quality
