It's all made on Inkarnate! I know that Inkarnate is meant to just be a map maker, but I also use it to do page layouts, homebrew items, and everything else. It's unbelievably versatile once you start blending assets, altering color and opacity, etc.

I make everything on a website called Inkarnate! While it's a great tool for map-making, it's also great for...a LOT of stuff. Every image and page you see in my Patreon content (with the exception of stat blocks and those AI-generated monsters in a post from a few weeks back) is made and assembled with Inkarnate.
