Gonna retarget the other half of the Sandbox Animations.
Potentially delve into the Animation Blueprints more.
Finishing 07 spline replacement
Changing 07 sequences to work with new anim workflow
Fix up issues in 06 that came from workflow change

The remaining logic needed for splines like Lip sync and whatever else. Want to make a unified system for lipsync again so that we don't need to readd it in every system.
Fix the remaining stuff needed for the combat portion of the game.
