Hi all,

Just wanted to do a more proactive heads up on the game work we're doing.

The next update is the Candy update, the second last update before we start working on big main story progress. As such, I'll be doing my part to doing a major update to the UI elements to prep for that big milestone.

Those of you that stuck with us originally remember that we used to have a camera mechanic that would pop out from the left side. While the camera hasn't returned (yet), I've been able to use the UI pop up aspect to help give players some important mechanics that I've been wanting to implement.

Players will have access to 4 tabs - a Quest log tab, a player stats tab, an inventory tab, and a map tab. Their functionality will take a bit of time to be in a useable state, but I should at least have the inventory tab and the quest log tab in a beta state. Worst case scenario is that they will simply be turned off before we release the next update.

Expect some more progress updates like this in the coming weeks. Some things I want to make sure we have this update are consistent soundtracks playing rather than dead silence, map functionality/map reworks to create more interconnected zones and adding a more substantial roster from the show.
