I’ve got so many photos and videos from my training sessions this week, will drip feed them out!
I’ve never really cared about having a super toned core tooooo much because abs aren’t everything and a large part of it is down to genetics, as far as I’m aware (and being really really lean). That being said, I’d like to strengthen it up a little more in the new year with isolated ab exercises, just to help support my compound lifts a bit more.
I’ve just been doing 5-10 minute ab circuits twice a week, we’ll see…
