RDLs today!๐ฆต๐ป๐ฅ

Little bit wobbly but got the depth there, next week Iโll probably keep it at this weight but focus on really feeling that muscle connection.
Again, my upper body always lets me down with these, my legs can take more of a โbeatingโ but my upper gives out before I get there. It also distracts me from feeling the engagement as much which is annoying ๐โฆIโll get there!

You certainly will get there Your nothing but determined ๐๐๐ Mostly upper body for me today . Including two new exercises for me . Chest press using the smith machine The club are running a challenge this month . 30 kg for males 20 for gals how many can you do in 2mins Managed 32 donโt think I gunna win any prizes with this but hey it was my first time ๐๐๐๐๐ Was absolutely pooped in just over the minute in Pace yourself Chris ๐ Also added the standard plank exercise in for some ABS and core strength Have a great weekend Sophie Got five seshes with a PT starting next Tuesday Wish me luck ๐๐๐๐
