Hello everyone, it's been a while!
I'm more focused on fixing bugs than adding new features right now, one of these bugs are related to CloudSync, some of you have issues with the service so I've created a new tool that should help figure out where the issue might be.

Hello. I lost about 4 hours of progress on a game because it didn’t upload properly even after a forced upload on my PC and somehow my steam deck overwritten my save file. I need help so I can prevent this frustrating event happening again

I picked EmuDeck cloud and the Rclone executable exists, the service exists and starts, but everything else after that fails. And whenever I get a pop-up that a save is syncing it says it’s done instantly so I don’t think any of my saves are being uploaded. How do I fix this?

2025-04-25 10:27:26 +0000 UTCHi guys. The same thing happened to me when trying to repair Ryujinx, and now I'm getting the same message as you. I've tried uninstalling it, deleting everything in Drive, and it's still the same. Even when installing Emudeck on another PC, I get the same error when installing CloudSync. By the way, Xenia isn't working for me either, now that you've mentioned it. Thanks.

I am starting to really not enjoy the paid year for the patreon access, I had hopes this would be a well covered and in detail explained page for premium assistance. Really need a "How to" guide for most everything to make it black and white for most users. I know I am not the only one either with this issue or desire.

Like, how to setup cloud sync, how to get the paid patreon version of emudeck on the steam deck, etc.? That would be a huge help and probably avoid a lot of redundant questions. I am struggling to use cloud sync and can not find any support for this unless I am missing it blindly.

2025-04-23 21:46:06 +0000 UTCI am always having issues with cloud saves. It works and then stops working. Then use cloud on google. It works, then stops working. Also, I would love to have citron support via emudeck cloud saves.
