Quick update! now PS4 emulation is available for both Steam OS and Windows on both Early and Early Unstable branches.
You can launch games using EmulationStation and Steam Rom Manager with RetroLibrary support coming soon.

2024-12-26 19:04:54 +0000 UTCIt's normal that there's no alternative emulator menu in ESDE for PS4. Did you install your games? are they installed in Emulation/storage/shadps4/games? and the shortcuts in Emulation/roms/ps4/shortcuts?

I managed to get PS4 games to show up in ES-DE, but I can't seem to play them or enable an alternative emulator (or any) for them --there's no PS4 option there, and launching a PS4 game just immediately exits/does nothing. Any idea what is wrong and how I should fix it? ShadPS4 is set up on desktop, but I'm currently in gaming mode with ESDE.
