New CloudSync Health tester, now simulates launching ESDE or RetroArch to get more accurate results.

EmuDecky now has a new Force Upload / Download button in case cloudSync didn't automatically upload or download your games. Reinstall EmuDecky from EmuDeck to get this update.
Rom Library renamed to Retro Library for new installs.

Since some cloud providers have more issues than others, I'm thinking about creating my own cloud provider for CloudSync that will be free for EA users, I hope I can tell you more about it soon.

2024-09-10 13:06:06 +0000 UTCI got the force upload/download on the emudecky plugin but on my PC I am not getting the desktop icon to force upload/download. I've tried reinstalling cloudsync and tried both dropbox and Google drive but it's not appearing

2024-09-09 14:25:14 +0000 UTCI tried using the cloudsync several times. Some games I play on my PC and some on my deck. there's no distinct source of truth of saves per machine, only per game. The last time I tested cloudsync, it deleted all my saves on my PC and used my saves from the deck (luckily I backed up my game before enabling cloudsync) I hope that In the future, I will be able to select a sync direction (one way sync from PC to Deck for example) per game. Thank you for your hard work!

2024-09-08 09:02:46 +0000 UTCThat’s always been the case, you can have EmuDeck in as many devices as you want but you need to login on every device. That’s because people started posting its tokens online so I had to limit it somehow.I want to look into it, try to make it less annoying

On a unrelated note, is it no longer possible to have emudeck windows active on multiple devices using the same token? Every time I launch emudeck app on my rog ally it asks me to input the token again and when I do that I have to put the token again on my main pc when I launch the app there too,
