EmuDeck Windows - CloudSync stable update

I've just pushed some changes the stable branch for Window.
CloudSync no longer works as a background service, now it's a hidden PowerShell window.
Notifications, notifications everywhere, now everytime a saved file is synced a notification will appear telling you both when an upload is happening and when it has finished uploading.
Saves should be now properly detected when EmuDeck is installed in a SD Card
I hope these and yesterday's changes makes CloudSync 99% flawless or at least it helps me figure out those cases where is not.

2024-09-17 22:48:19 +0000 UTCI finally got to try downhill domination on the pcxs2 it showed up on steam ,the game loaded ,i was parked in a work truck and allmost started to cry.it did freeze go to white screen then sound kept going but it worked a bit.I skipped an update i think.Now to get more games,load some art work and try out ssx3

2024-08-26 15:49:51 +0000 UTCHaving some issues with Saves not regularly updating from my steam deck. The Steam deck save is about an hour ahead of the windows save. The first couple of saves have been uploaded, but nothing since (i've changed nothing) Is there anyway to force the save to upload from Steam deck?

Haven't used it in a while and so I updated all the emulators etc. Now PCSX2 (Standalone) doesn't work. Never loads the game, it attempts to and then closes... Any ideas? (ROG Ally)
