ALL Watchers: YCH Winners (comment) & Pledge Re-vamps!

The YCH has been claimed! I think next time I'll leave up for more than a couple hours, maybe a day so more people see. In hopes of people using up some credits. If you were one of the winners from the recent YCH, please comment below with the character you want me to put in, as well as their mood in the scene. We didn't get enough credit usage sadly for an alternate version.

If you have any feedback from the first YCH; about the rules, timing, claiming, how it was for you using Patreon, or any other feedback for next time I'd love to hear it! Remember, if you ever claimed any sketch credits (10+ rank at some point), even if you are NOT ACTIVELY PLEDGED, YOU CAN USE YOUR OLD CREDITS TO ENTER THE future YCH! So, those that may still watched, but had to un-pledge for any reason. You can still participate, and there are a lot of you I think.

My goal is to complete this by V-day. So expect one update for a sketch in the Google Drive $2 folder, then it to be finished. Re-vamp of Pledges

I recently updated my pledges to include 2 new ranks, I also removed my $1 rank since no one was pledging to it. (so I guess really only 1 additional rank, anyways...) And also if you didn't notice recently, I made my art chunks seasonal instead of monthly / bi-monthly since I don't have as much time as expected. Momming is ultra time consuming of a toddler.... more than I would have thought even after all the warnings. (heh)

$8 Pledge:  Assistant Pledge: Art & Study  NEW!

• For those who want to support but don't want to claim sketches or have time for YCH.
• Does NOT earn sketch credits, but gets all the other rewards the $10 rank had.
• Has no cap on how many can pledge.
• Red-line for other artists and aspiring artists. 
• 10% off on non-patreon commissions on characters.
• Gets PSD files and occasional free-use linework.

$10 Pledge:  Companion Pledge: Art Lover 

• I capped the number of patrons on this level, and if possible would like to reduce it to no more than 10 at a time until I get more caught up.
• For those who want to either claim medium level commissions or do YCH each chunk.

$20 Pledge:  Commissioner Pledge: Extra Credit  NEW!

• Get double sketch credits each chunk
• New rank for those who want to do both sketches and YCH.
• Limit of 5 for the time being, unless I see people using more credits on YCH.
• Can claim on any single spot no matter pledge minimum.
• Gets voice chat channel (though you still need to request and schedule so I know when people are free) (like loot pack rank had only prior)
• Increased discount on non-patreon commissions. 12% on characters, 5% on everything else involved.

$45 Pledge:  Collector Pledge: All the Iggi-Loots 

• Now gets double sketch credits too!
• Capped at 10 patrons, though I may lower the cap if I don't get YCH usage. I'm trying to find some balance atm.
• Still gets prints from the chunk, special prints stickers, decals. Any flat item I make in that chunk.
• Gets lots of love, cause heck, this is huge support!

In general, I'm trying to get those who have credits to USE them. I don't want people getting to their max of 14, then letting credits waste away because I'm not open. I'm trying to take 3-4 at LEAST each chunk, but getting solid time to work on these, along with other commission work, personal projects, and being a parent is currently a balance I'm looking to find.
    So please, if you are looking to cap out soon, spend a couple on the next YCH to be safe. If the YCH goes well as time goes on, I'll try to do more than one a chunk to help you guys keep credits from going over. (If you are wondering why I don't just up the cap on credits, it is due to me not wanting to have huge standard commissions and then big patreon commissions at the same time. That kind of thing would really back me up at this stage. If my speed ever returns to what it was pre-baby, I may up the cap. But at this time, I can't see it happening for at least a few years until she is school age.)

But I also re-worked my commission prices and breakdowns to hopefully streamline it with Patreon and standard work. I used to offer a huge bunch of options. Instead of a slew of styles like complex digital, colored shaded smooth sketch, flat color, cell shade, monochrome sketch, ultra digital, sketch, etc.... I just have quality levels on Inks, Colors, and  Shading. That is it, it makes pricing more straight forward, and it can lower a good deal if you have simple marking characters, or ones with less body details like fluff or if you like more bold inking.

I plan to go this weekend through at least the past 4 years of my art and edit it to reflect what those older works labelled in my old manner would be called now. To help those looking for samples better know what they are looking for going forward. I do have 2602  submissions on FA though, so definitely not all of them. Holy cow, this November will mark 10 years on FA for me.
