i decided to rework this project to update it to eevee next cuz i've been struggling with my other projects. i learned quite a bit with this one, especially when it comes to rendering refracted materials! also the lens flare is just a picture on a plane with emissive lol.
I feel a bit more comfy with the new renderer now so i'm gonna get back to work on my Lady Dimitrescu illustration <3

2025-02-24 17:33:41 +0000 UTCthanks!!!!, i sculped them in zbrush with cylinders, the tricky part is figuring out the shader settings because a lot of the times, it just looks off. gotta have the right IOR settings with transmission maxed out

2025-02-24 07:09:58 +0000 UTCGreat work! i'm noticing that along with the vertex painted sweat streaks that you mentioned on previous guides there's also thicker, slime-like streaks that seem to have height information as well, is it a shader setup or were they done in zbrush?
