2024-10-25 14:12:10 +0000 UTCThis was fun. Years ago, I met Gunnar Hansen, aka Leatherface, at a convention. He is a big man, and he was very nice. If you don't watch The Exorcist, you need to watch the movie IT. I would watch the 2017. All of Stephen King's horror adaptations are great.

2024-10-25 01:47:53 +0000 UTCOne more thing, I got to meet "Leatherface" (Gunnar Hansen) at a Horror Convention years ago. He was a gentle giant that shared several stories about the filming of the movie. One interesting anecdote he told me had to do with his character chasing "Sally Hardesty" after killing her brother. He said that shot took several nights and he had to intentionally slow down more than a few times because he kept catching up to her lol.

2024-10-25 00:01:31 +0000 UTCWhen the movie was initially released, the toughest critic at the time (Rex Reed) wrote that it was the most horrifying movie I have ever seen. I had to see it immediately. Trust me, it hits you differently in the theater. I agreed with him as it really affected me.
