What to do if the top game in a Strategy Guide/Scene Selection Generator Poll Receives Zero New Votes?

This is a poll about what to do if the top game in a monthly Strategy Guide or Scene Selection Generator poll receives zero new votes. You might be wondering how would a zero new votes game be the top game in a poll: the top game would have enough carryover votes from previous month(s) without any other game surpassing more overall votes. An example of this is Vial Testing winning the Scene Selection Generator poll last month (Poll Results August 2022) despite receiving no new votes (winning due to having the most past carryover votes without any other game receiving enough new votes to surpass Vial Testing's carryover vote count).

The option receiving the majority of votes will be what we do going forward in this given situation. I will reveal the results on September 28th. If the vote is close, then we'll have a runoff poll with less options. You can vote for as many options as you like. If you're in a higher tier, then your vote may be increased (doubled, tripled, quadrupled,  etc.) depending on the tier.

Option #1: The game with the most overall votes wins no matter what (even if the game receives zero new votes).

Option #1 is how we currently do it. Example: The top game has 15 carryover votes and no new votes. That game wins and receives the Strategy Guide/Scene Selection Generator.

Option #2: The top game (if receiving no new votes) will compete in a mini poll against the highest vote total game that received at least one new vote.

Example: The top game has 15 carryover votes and no new votes. The next highest game has 13 votes total (3 carryover votes + 10 new votes). The top game would compete against the next highest game in a mini runoff poll and the winner of that mini poll would ultimately receive the Strategy Guide/Scene Selection Generator.

Option #3: Any game receiving zero new votes is ineligible from winning, the highest vote total game receiving at least one new vote wins.

Example: The top game has 15 carryover votes and no new votes. The next highest game has 13 votes total (3 carryover votes + 10 new votes). The top game loses due to receiving no new votes, the next highest game wins the Strategy Guide/Scene Selection Generator.
