Expand New Game Theme & Popular Game Theme Polls to 50 Themes?

Note: The monthly polls for new games are in three-month cycle periods with each month being a different poll: Monthly New Game Theme Poll (first month in 3-month cycle) -> Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll (second month in 3-month cycle) -> Monthly New Game Poll (third month in 3-month cycle). The top advancing Monthly New Game Theme Poll move to the Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll completing against themes that have already previously advanced. The top two themes on the Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll advance to the Monthly New Game Poll (winner of the Monthly New Game Poll becomes a new game while the runner-up returns to the Monthly Popular Game Theme Poll).
Also, Patreon Polls have a 25 option limit. If New Game Theme & Popular Game Theme Polls are expanded to 50 themes, then there will be two polls for it (one poll with 25 themes and a second poll with 25 other themes).
