We're working hard behind the scenes to get things moving on next month's release, and we're taking you back to the Hallow Expanse and introducing La'Zairus, the Time Casino. Here's a bit of lore and first look at the gorgeous artwork for WIPWednesday
La'Zairus is a colossal ship that lazily orbits the Anomaly - a supermassive black hole - renowned for its high-stakes gambling. La’Zairus offers patrons the chance to wager not just money but fragments of their own lifespan and their memories, with winners gaining vitality and youth while losers leave decrepit and aged. Operated by the cunning and ambitious race of flyfolk called the calypt, La’Zairus thrives as both a hub of cosmic intrigue and a place where destinies are reshaped with every roll of the dice. With all sorts of things to see and experience - from gaming halls and high stakes tables, to swimming pools and spas (and even a coliseum arena!) - La'Zairus is sure to have something for everyone!
