WIPWednesday - Penguin Folk player race

We're getting December's release "The Festival of Yul" underway and this week I'm getting the ball rolling on the upcoming player race - the Penguin folk (official name TBD). Check it out for WIPWednesday, and let us know what racial abilities and features you'd like to see!
Our current angle on the lore and narrative is that these penguins are naturally sentient, and as such despise Awakened Penguins like Admiral Eri (who gained sentience via magical intervention). Known for being tinkerers, they are classist and prefer to live opulently as they showcase their wealth via how they dress and the lifestyles they live. While they are not directly involved in the conflict of the Mages' War, their proclivity to hate magical sentience, their appreciate of steampunk technology, and their preference for living ritzy would likely see them aligning themselves with the Blank instead of the Arcanuum.
