Hey Critical Crew!
January is kicking off the new year by going back in time, and bringing you some new prehistoric creatures for your table. Check out this first-look at the Dunkleosteus for today's WIPWednesday!
Dunkleosteus are often the apex predators of the waters they prowl, these massive aquatic carnivores slashing through wood and bone with ease. They sometimes mistake sailing ships for large prey, and their jaws make short work of a ship’s hull, meaning even a single bite could send a vessel sinking down into the depths, water flooding in through the breach. A dunkelosteus’s armored head provides it with incredible protection against attacks. This thick armor is built into its jaws, meaning that it has the best offensive and defensive capabilities when facing a target head-on.
Stay tuned for more soon!
