Time for your midweek checkin, with a first-look at what's to come for next month! November is taking us to the vast reaches of the Dark Below deep within the earth, and we've got another monster to share. Check out the artwork for the Trail Snail, and the lore excerpt below!
Trail snails are a plague on the civilized peoples of The Dark Below, though the creatures are thought to be responsible for the many tunnels and massive chambers that make up the subterranean region. Trail snails dissolve stone, flesh, wood, metal, and more with a caustic slime secreted from their bodies. This slime quickly eats away at almost any material creating winding tunnels and deep crevasses, open chambers, and other passages beneath the earth.
