Hey Critical Crew!

A little late getting the dev diary out this week but wanted to keep all you awesome patrons in the loop!

Update

Dillon has finished writing all the stat blocks and race, and is worked through editing the other team members' writing, and has begun the formatting process for the upcoming spooky release "Return to Gristwood".

Dillon is particularly excited about the arachniddi race, and the art for it is truly spectacular. IF you thought drow were a bunch of backstabbers, you're gonna lose it for these spider-like humanoids. Arachniddi can grow fleshy disguises over their insectile faces, and man oh man are they a nasty bunch.

Connor is finishing up our items and spells for this month, with some really awesome and "somewhat" campy new ideas such as the sword of the gourd lord and pumpkin carving kit. Pavel of Rudoks Tavern did an incredible job with the artwork.

Cameron has been hard at work on our maps for this month and is putting the finishing touches on some truly spooky settings for your games!

Christian has been working on feats and deficiencies using suggestions from the Discord Hivemind. And has come up with some hilarious as well as terrifying new abilities for the Halloween season.

Return to Gristwood will be available to patrons and tribers 10/3!

Finally, we want to give another big shout-out to Tomb Guardians who are running their current kickstarter "Curse of the Usurper" Dillon has written their entire campaign setting, and with over 1,000 pages its the largest 5e campaign setting ever! If you love our stuff, you'll love this :)
