This adjustment has significantly reduced workplace stress and, as an unexpected side effect, resolved a long-standing balding issue across the department.
With the new loadout policy in place, there are no more excuses for leaving your duty belt at the station. The department has signed a fresh contract with Militech, replacing our old baseball-style helmets with actual functional ones—fully compliant with head protection standards and, more importantly, looking damn good on camera.
Our Motorcycle Division is also receiving proper uniforms for the first time in decades. No more mix-and-match gear scavenged from storage—this time, everyone rides in style and regulation comfort.
