Ok first important notice you must read it

How to install my sims... unfortunately I have to suggest giving priority to my files if you want... to have the same thing that I have on the screen, something minimal could change a lot, I would recommend first installing my sims and then on that your cc... or do what you want if you have experience with this, if you don't know anything about the game just move all your cc and place only mine and you'll install your own cc later...

HOW INSTALL

copy the content of cc to your mods folder, totally the priority in my folders, sorry, but I warn that it is a somewhat beta version due to the mess that I still have in my mods folder, second step copy the content of the Tray file to your folder tray call... all basic.
