When shit hits that fan… and a pause
Added 2025-09-01 21:13:29 +0000 UTCNot only was it dragon con this week which meant I was away from my family… but it has been a very harsh week for family.
My daughter got some bad news and then lost one of her pets. And I got some bad news about family in Australia
All of this has been super hard to deal with. I ended up changing my flight and coming home early. Now I just need to deal with the emotional fallout.
To this end - I will be pausing membership for a month. Hoping to and should be back into it sooner than that but I feel super guilty charging my amazing supporters when I’m struggling to write, unable to write, or just not producing.

I promise I’ll still post updates etc
I’m hoping that 2025 is just that shit year for me and that maybe 2026 will look up again.
