Hello all!

In case you haven’t noticed there have been some interesting times in the Adult games world! About a week ago Steam bowed to payment processor pressures and deleted a host of Adult games from their platform, followed shortly by Itch de-indexing their entire catalogue of Adult games along with a host of deletions of their own.

Voronica Goes to Town has come quite close to completion (only Naomi’s dates and the endings were left to do) and I have resolved that in the event that it gets swept up in the purge, it will damn well be after I’ve had the chance to share the full version with everyone. So, the release date has been accelerated somewhat… a lot.

If you go over to the Steam store page you will see that it has had its release date set to August 13th. Subscribers here will get it earlier than that… basically as soon as it is done.

Now, some of you may be reasonably concerned that this means that in the rush the quality of the work may suffer. I assure you that this is not the case. I had the endings already scripted before hitting this spot of trouble, and I am executing them exactly as they were written. I am just having to take some time off from my day job to see it through.

Releasing the 1.0 version will not be the end to development. I still have thoughts for fun additions which will help to flesh out what is there. But I am looking forwards to sharing a version of Voronica Goes to Town that you can play all the way through, beginning to end, with full and completed storylines.
