Progress report - week 23

Hey everyone!

Even if you are not relaxing this weekend, I hope you are all alright! 

For the next update I’m preparing quite a feast for event enjoyers! I sat down and we’ll have around 5-7 events for this update. Some main events, some chat events and maybe even random events. The big priority for me is the aftermath of Cookie’s story with two boys, which will be quite busy for all 3 of them. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I’m also aiming for finishing first Ame’s sharing event (sfw part for now) so let’s hope for the best here!

I finished the event for which you see a small teaser in the post. Hope it gets you excited! In another event Cookie and Sergil get quite a scare and Cookie gets in touch with someone from previous events. I wonder who it might be? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) 

I also spent 2 days on learning Unreal Engine and starting making the basics of the next game, mainly the core loop gameplay. So much time spent on it, even if not looking good right now, it's slowly taking shape. Very slowly. I’m doing some tutorials I found on youtube and even if not exactly what I want, by doing what the dude is doing in video, I’m slowly learning and understanding how everything works there. I even know a few shortcuts already! 
ᕦ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ᕤ But don’t expect any previews anytime soon, unless you want to see a deer and a pig standing on a big, empty, untextured box as a stand in for characters, ha!

I plan an update for around Tuesday. I still have a lot of work to do and I try not to rush myself to not half-ass it or stress myself too much as lately the stress was catching up to me (mainly family/irl stuff related). All fine (for) now! Haha.

So private life now, if you are interested:

I was about to have surgery to deal with some health problems (nothing serious, just a nuisance, I talked about it in discord, it would be 2 days long hospital visit), but apparently it will be moved in time. No new date for it yet as I can’t get in touch with the people responsible for it! Even when I drove to hospital myself nobody was in the office for an hour and I didn’t want to waste even more time ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°) Calling daily and hoping for the best.
