Have you been enjoying the secondary POVs?
Added 2023-06-26 18:27:41 +0000 UTCIt's always hard to show the rest of the narrative without jumping through POVs and I would like to know how you felt about the several secondary ones that were in this volume.

I've enjoyed the additional perspectives because they've been interesting, brief, and not a constant string of POV swaps. Too many just feels like padding and lazy writing.

I just enjoy reading and self inserting as MC so side POVs mess with that, but I think its more a matter of what is enjoyable as a reader individually rather than "are the side stories good" I've perused some and I think they are as good as the rest of the story easily but they are less enjoyable from a "reading as entertainment" standpoint.

Your main character has little to no way to realistically gain information on the wide happenings of the world. The povs help that alot. On top of that, an alternative pov helps to round characters in a way that is difficult to do otherwise. Many authors have many different ways of doing so. Yours is good for your stories.
