I've tried several files I posted recently, everything's ok. The cause of the problem should be that you got the password wrong. Please notice: the password of growing diaries(15 -20$ tier rewards) is different from the password of 5-8$ tier rewards. And I've checked the message I sent you before, I'm sure I have sent both to you. If you still don't understand, I can send you again.
