My work has slowed down lately. I was diagnosed with COVID-19 three days ago. It's not just me, my daughter and my wife are also diagnosed. Fortunately we don't seem to have the worst symptoms. I often feel very tired,But I'm lucky to still be able to work

It's good to hear your symptoms are not severe, at any rate you shouldn't push yourself untill you are fully recovered
