Do what you need to do to be OK. We’ll be around whenever you’ve got time, energy, and motivation to return. Having gone through grief recently myself, I’ll also add: things will suck, life will change, but you will eventually be OK. Give yourself time and space to be OK. Your friends and loved ones are there for you.
