I empathise, I have similar problems, but I just let them fester until everything dies.
2019-03-26 19:12:11 +0000 UTCI took the tray the drives sit on when I got my most recent SSD to the computer store, too- which of course was a good thing as it too didn't come with the required screws to make sure it actually sits in my computer properly. The guy at the store screwed the drive on for me. Of course they're going online only now, negating the only reason why I would buy from them instead of getting it cheaper from ebay or amazon (customer service).
