2024-07-10 22:43:46 +0000 UTCI only have 3 rules at first: 1- Drawing girls 2 - I don't make characters with an appearance of -18 (Loli, etc.) 3 - only fictional characters. As for the choices, they are made through draws, the suggested characters go on a list and every month I draw two to participate, those that were not drawn remain on the list and can still be drawn in the following months.
