H2CT anniversary
Added 2023-04-17 00:28:07 +0000 UTCIt's 12 years ago today since I uploaded my very first video on YouTube. I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, filming on an iPhone 4 with no lighting, no sound equip & absolutely no idea if anyone would see it :)

2023-04-27 04:50:02 +0000 UTCI had maternity leave coming up and decided that while on leave I would write out the recipes that friends always asked for onto a website. I set up howtocookthat.net and aimed to write out one recipe a week with photos. A couple of the recipes - like this decoration - were easier to explain on video than text. When it came time to upload it to my website the file was too big. So I uploaded it to youtube so that I could embed it on my website from there.
