Those swirls really stood out to me, very sumptuous! The ad preceding your video clip was for Cadbury chocolate, another boring, standardised chocolate. There are a couple of Australian tree to bar chocolate makers in the Cairns area that I have been meaning to try. Most Australian artisan chocolate makers are only bean to bar. I did some baking in Italy and both Lindt milk chocolate and Nutella taste different to the Australian versions. The milk chocolate had a flavour profile closer to dark chocolate and the slight bitter taste was not smothered in sugar. The Nutella was again less sweet and more nut forward and apart from the mini servings in plastic only comes in glass containers. The 250ml Nutella jar can be repurposed as a small drinking glass which looks like a small version of those fancy stemless wine glasses. I sadly broke the last of my Allowrie jam jars that I recycled into drinking glasses. Need more recyclable glass jars! ๐โค๏ธ๐งก๐๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ค
