Early Release

Lots of research and fact checking went into this debunking one.  Let me know what you thought was the most interesting part.

How are you all going?

Thanks Kelly

thanks Penny

Thanks Anne, this is fantastic. I love your scientific approach to everything you do. I’m very excited to join your patrons. Thank you for doing what you do. πŸ€—πŸ™

I just found your channel with all the great debunking videos. Thanks for doing what you do!

Kelly O'Neal

This, and your other debunking videos, got me to sign up. Thank you and keep fighting the good fight.

That's a good way of explaining it

Hi Christian, thanks so much for your support. Yes, I agree perhaps explaining why they've changed their decision would help. They may have done so and it just did not make the news - but they do have their own youtube channel that they could upload to,.

We're blessed to have you

Thank you so much for doing this.

Doing as well as can be expected up here in Washington State. Hope you and your family (and the family of Patrons) are doing well too. Stay healthy. Love the videos, Ann. Thank you.

Thank you!

Fantastic, evidence-based work! Thank you for stressing the touching of the masksβ€”so very important! Here in the States, several states have flattened the curve enough to do limited reopening of certain industries. But, given the potency of the virus and lifespan of its mutations, I think the world is looking at masks for another year or so, and it is crazy how many people are talking about the mask debate. Masks are an act of compassion for OTHERS; it is a way to say β€œI care about YOU, so I am keeping MY germs away from you!”

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Thank you again for doing the research and for putting out scientifically accurate information out for us!

In Germany, people are now also required to wear a mask if they enter a supermarket or store or use public transport. In some states it's mandatory and you can get fined, others don't fine you though if you don't wear a mask. I'm not sure what to think about the masks. I have an awesome cotton mask made out of spider-man fabric, which I really love and actually put on long before we were required to do so. And I absolutely think that it makes sense to protect other people, especially that work at supermarkets and can only have limited protection. That's the reason why I wore one. And I love the community response to the whole mask debate. There are so many groups of people that spent day and night to sew masks for medical personal, care takers, people that are at risk etc.. and they do it for free. One of them almost lives next door. But the issue I have with face masks is: I think too many people consider it as absolute protection. I've read on twitter that more people hang out with each other now, just because they have a mask on. Another issue is organisations like the CDC "flipping" their decision. We know that it's not flipping and that there is science behind it. But many people call it flipping and take it as proof that government makes things up and that everything is not that bad after all. That's dangerous.

That's why I'm contributing money to the "Have a great week" fund!
