I've been working on Day 11 renders, which (once again) turned out to be more than predicted ๐. I did manage to finish the day though ๐ฅณ.
A little aside on the render count estimates: These estimates are based on the number of lines of dialog I have in my script. I take a look at the average so far (which is almost exactly one render per two lines of dialog, btw) and go from there.
With some scenes this works well. Some need a lot less renders, mainly the ones with not a lot of action or movement (e.g. Ashe sitting on her bed, brooding over how much of a fuckup she is). Others need a lot more. These scenes usually have a lot of unspoken moments, like an emotional conversation with lots of subtle expression changes. There's also lewd scenes, which are sometimes pretty barebones when I write them as a draft, with specifics and all the "Ooohs" and "Aaahs" only filled in when I do the accompanying renders. This leads to the script becoming a bit longer than initially planned too.
So, all that to say... I think Day 11 will be an interesting part of the story ๐.
