v0.3.0 Progress Report #3

Hey everyone 😊

I've spent this week writing the next update, but the whole thing proved to be a bit difficult. After having written the second draft and reviewing it, I wasn't happy with the result.

The update got too big and the pacing was off in multiple places. I salvaged some parts but in the end decided to go back to the drawing board and rework big chunks of it.

This new draft is now planned out but I haven't finished writing it yet. I'm pretty confident that this one will turn out well, but ultimately I can only tell when I've finished writing it.

This means I need a couple more days of writing before I can start doing renders. So no preview pics for the coming week, but hopefully in the one that comes after.

The top 3 is pretty much what I've expected. Rachel and her broken relationship with Ashe got 1st and the stoic Vanessa got 2nd. Lexi's cuteness and kindness got her bronze and the two tough girls managed to share 4th. We haven't seen much of Kimmy or the yet unnamed redhead so far, but they still secured some votes for themselves. And the mean bully got last place. Suck it, Bella! 😛

All in all I'm happy with the results: Everyone got at least some votes. Yay! 🥳
