A bit off-topic... Any chance of a deep dive that compares distro models at a high level? E.g. rolling release vs. the Ubuntu/Mint model. Gentoo compiled distributions? What are the advantages/disadvantages of the Arch style of distro? I've been using Linux in various forms for a long time, but still am not clear on things like rolling releases and how Arch works. It would be less about specific instances of these distros, and more about why I might lean toward one type vs another.
