In this one, I talk about preparing the move to the new flat (we're almost done with packing), and about building new habits while we're at it, notably completely dropping vaping after I had dropped nicotine liquids, resuming my exercize routine and the like.

Great to see you re-vamping yourself, kinda stuck in the some place myself. I haven’t smoked for many many years, but I still have a soft spot for coffee, which does affect me, but slowly reducing that to sensible amount. Still have my daily walking to restart since I stopped last February. In my opinion, these episodes are great, always good to understand what you’re thinking and perhaps struggling with. Similar to what you mentioned recently about “losing your way” with where to go or what to do with the channel. Obviously some things are just “personal” but obviously things like moving etc, affect your work on the channel so good to know little snippets like that. Love your work Nick, keep it up!!
