Patreon Page Name Change

As most of you are probably aware, I changed my pen name from Asturian Author to Autonomous Pen.
I'll change the Patreon page to reflect that on Monday.
I hope there's no confusion and nothing explodes, but just in case, I'll leave the link to my Discord server here (since I understand patrons will get this post as an email).
