We need questions for Quinn Henoch, DPT

Hey all,

Tomorrow we will be recording a podcast with Dr. Quinn Henoch (DPT - Clinical Athlete, JTS). I wanted to give everyone a chance to submit questions/topics. I'm not exactly sure how many of them we will be able to get to, but the less specific, the better. That way we can discuss the topic instead of just getting an abbreviated answer like Yes or No or I need more information. He specialized in athlete rehab, programming, mobility, movement, etc, so try and gear your comments around those topics.

Great questions. Thanks for those.

1) It's obvious when someone is NOT mobile enough, and they should place a higher priority on that then everything else in their training. But at what point do we say, okay that's enough now we can remove our focus on mobility, as we are at a level which is acceptable? Any particular screening tests? Or simply coach/specialist observing the athlete and making a decision? 2) Best 5-to-10 min daily home mobility routine for someone who works a full time desk job? Thanks!

Will do! He's actually a decent weightlifter. I think he just competed at the AO Finals.

Ask him how much he squats 🙄
