The Gotham Event is ending and Lex will begin to collect his rewards from within the network of villains. Joker, Two Face, and... The Penguin. Within the dark streets, a new future is being illuminated. At his side, the many women who have joined the cause. The many women who have been allowed to be shared, and... A few who had no choice in the matter. Once Lex concludes his business. The city will never be the same.
