I think that Uncaught Error bug may be a problem with the save plugin as I can't replicate it on my end, but I'll keep a close eye out in case it comes up again. Thank you again!!

2021-12-07 09:35:44 +0000 UTCI'm happy that we now get to see and interact with Josiane, Oliver, and Fabien! Oliver seems really cute, and I definitely get the uncle comparison with Fabien (here's hoping he's not a twist villain π ). Overall, a nice start to the chapter (which is almost kind of funny with the not-so-nice ending of chapter 3). I do have some possible mistakes to point out though, The first one is that, when thinking about Josiane and Oliver not getting along, it's said that Oliver is already thirteen - "Oliver is your younger brother, now thirteen", but later on in chapter 4, it's said that Oliver is only twelve and turning thirteen soon - "He's only twelve". The next one is a minor one, but when sitting with Javi (he/him) when watching the play, the 'he' in the line "he sighs and rises." should be capitalized. The next one is also minor, but in chapter 4 when responding to Raimund about Asher (he/him), the second option reads "He{asher_singular 's|'ve} been very kind. The last error is then when talking to Fabian about our relationship with Javi, I made save, then made the choice about taking it one step at a time. After that, I wanted to go back to choose another option, but got a pop up saying "Uncaught Error: 4-hearthlight line 445: invalid line; this line should have a scene name followed by an error message: #"I'd be happy to marry Javi, as long as ${javi_he} wanted to.". I clicked off it, then tried to go back again and it worked fine, but It was a little odd. Anyway, I already can't wait for the next update!

2021-12-07 02:25:06 +0000 UTCI'm so glad you enjoyed it :D Yes, Josiane is going to have more screentime as the game goes on - both later in this chapter, and later on (I actually just wrote a bit of a letter from her!) Although the Queen is trying to shelter the MC from things, the MC will totally get the chance to have some major influence!

He seems sweet. π Josiane on the other hand was fleetingly present, though understandable given her status as queen-in-waiting and the crises at hand. I imagine the pressure from parliament is only going to keep mounting as time goes on. Iβm glad it seems like the MC will have some agency in terms of influencing the outcome there. I sense the Hearthlight party is not going to be without its awkward moments π (after all what festive do isnβt without a drama of some magnitude π€£) it seems like we could soon be also getting our first glimpse at the Creme MC π hope they are settling into their role well enough by this point if married to Rosario. Thank you kindly for the update Hannah!
