Hey everyone, Maryam here.

As we enter the blessed month of Ramadan, I’ll be taking a step back from our movie reactions for this month to focus on spiritual growth and reflection. My Name Is Khan Movie Reaction!

We  watched My Name is Khan, and honestly, we are still processing it.

From the moment the movie started, I was hooked. Shah Rukh Khan’s portrayal of Rizwan is so nuanced and tender; you really feel his struggle to navigate a world that doesn’t understand him. But what hit us the hardest was how the film dives into themes of racism, acceptance, and the power of empathy. It's not just about Rizwan proving his innocence, it's about challenging the world to see the humanity in each other.

The whole movie is an emotional rollercoaster. There are moments of pure joy, moments that make you laugh, and moments that left us absolutely heartbroken. It’s a reminder of how prejudice can dehumanize, but also how love and perseverance can break down walls.

If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend it—just be ready to feel ALL the feels. It’s a film that leaves you thinking long after it ends.
