This time I decided to animate Abbie in her casual situation.

I spent around 80-90 hours on this one in total and learned a lot this time. How to work with masks to get a better result with lights. You can see that on her left boob and shadow.It feels like magic doing stuff like that and I just can't describe how cool that feels to play with light and a shape.
Next time I want to understand and practice doing liquids and more face expressions. I feel like a dog that broke a chain and runs around like crazy, happy and tired at the same time.
AAnyway, it is time to draw a poll winner and some more stuff. I have a lot of ideas...

So here is something I was working on for a few last days. Learning is fun and I really enjoy practicing in something new. A few steps forward for some more jiggly animations!
This time I decided to make an animation with our favorite goat mom! Getting more and more experience in Live2d!
Right now I'm preparing something new. And yes, it is going to be a cartoon and I'm going to drop a teaser this month .
I was thinking about making something bigger than just a cycled animation for a long time and 2024 is a year tat will include a lot of animated stuff for sure. Stay tuned!

So finally I had time to finish our second winner - Stella! There was a tie in our previous poll so I decided to make 2 animations instead of choosing only one character!
Hope you like how jiggly it turned out . Also I was practicing in live2d and made a small animation with Oni just for fun. Can't wait to turn more of my characters in to life and motion with a such interesting tool.

I spent 10 days on learning Live2D guys and it is just something amazing! I just started to animate something for fun , like a face and a car and then I realized that something more than that can be animated… and you know what I mean by that.
It was interesting and I almost didn’t saw a daylight during this time. It feels like a fresh air for me, exciting and inspiring and I want to keep going and learn more.
This Kara animation is basically a first serious animation that was made in Live2D and it was just a pure pleasure. It reminds me of those good old days 8 years ago when I just started to animate in Adobe Flash. But it gives way more opportunities and options. Just what I needed.
Going to learn it more and animate more with it for sure. Just imagine what can kind of animations and projects can be done when I learn this animation software a bit deeper.

Working on animation! Inbetween frames are here so it is much smoother now
Going to add lights and shadows and it's done!
Also testing Live2D program at the moment. You may know know it because all tuber models are made in it. I see a good opportunity to use it in my arts and make my arts move a bit. I see a huge potential and inspired for it!

Just want to share a little story that happened to me. As some of you know, I am staying in Thailand at the momen. And during this time period I was busy with some paperwork and stuff that is important for my legalisation here.
And yeah , I though that local agent that will help me with that would be a good idea..but it wasn’t.
Shortly, me and my gf were basically scammed foralmost 4k and almost involved in to something obviously illegal. We were forced to stay in Laos for a week.
In result, we made new Visa’s in Thailand embasay of Laos. Waited until they are done and moved back to Thailand. Going to find a better agent this time and finally get our student visa here.
I don’t remember the last time I felt so stressed, probably 24th February 2022. But everything is going to be good! I know it! It just looks like the way you have to go through and sometimes it is hard : )
Happy to get back to my apartment. All I want to do rn is to calm down, sit and draw all day. And I’m going to do it for the rest of this month. And yeah, probably going to draw some commissions because… yeah. Anyway, time to sleep and finally get aome rest instead of running from wall to wall and thinking what to do next. So here it is guys. Fennel animation done!
We have a tie in our previous animation poll so I'm drawing Stella next.
It took me 12 days of work to draw this animation. It feels insane so next one is going to be a bit shorter. 43 frames is too much and I feel like I was drawing this for ever xD

I just did the hardest part - clean line art and in-between frames. You can compare the result and the smoothness with my previous WIP I attached .
